More than any other election in recent memory, the current presidential race has frequently been defined by its music. Will Obama’s many hip-hop and rock star endorsements help his campaign? Will the song “Raisin’ McCain” mobilize conservative voters? And aren’t all these musicians trying to get into the political game just distracting us from the real issues?
